تفاصيل معركة شارع عبد العزيز.
حصل "اليوم السابع" على التفاصيل الكاملة لمعركة شارع عبد العزيز بالموسكى، التى استمرت حوالى 4 ساعات، بعد خلاف بين سمسارين، زبائن من درب المهابيل، وصاحبى فاترينة، لقيام الطرف الأول بمنع
دخول زبائن إلى فاترينة الطرف الثانى، وهو ما تسبب فى مشاجرة بينهما، تعدى أصحاب الفاترينة عليهما محدثين إصابتهما، الأمر الذى دفعهما لاستدعاء ذويهما للتشاجر، لتبدأ معركة دامية أسفرت عن إصابة 45 مواطناً وتحطم 5 محلات وسيارتين كانا متوقفتان بمكان المشاجرة.أحداث تلك المشاجرة بدأت أثناء تواجد "عبده بيومى إبراهيم" وشهرته "منجا" وبصحبته صديقه الشهير بـ"مانجة" واللذان يعملان سماسرة لعدد من المحلات بالمنطقة، على أن يجلبا الزبائن من شارع عبد العزيز للشراء من المحلات التى اتفقا مع أصحابها مقابل نسبة يتحصلان عليها عن كل زبون، وكانا يقفان أمام فاترينة كل من "محمود" وشهرته بطيخة، وشريكه "قدرى".
ومع تواجدهما أمام الفاترينة شاهدا زبائن تقبل على فاترينة "بطيخة وقدرى" فأسرعا إليهما بقصد إقناعهما أنهما سيصطحبانهما إلى محل آخر سوف يبيع لهما بأقل الأسعار، وأثناء قيامهما بمنع الزبائن من دخول الفاترينة شاهدهما صاحباها "بطيخة وقدرى"، الأمر الذى دفعهما للخروج إليهما ومعاتبتهما على ما يفعلانه من منع الزبائن الدخول إليهم.
تبادل الطرفان الحديث واشتدت بينهما مشادة كلامية، تطورت إلى مشاجرة، حيث تعدى "بطيخة وقدرى" على السمسارين "مانجة وبلحة" وأحدثا إصابتهما بعدما رفضا معاتبتهما على منع الزبائن، وهو ما دفع السمسارين المقيمين فى درب المهابيل بالموسكى إلى التوجه لمنطقتهما واستدعاء ذويهما وأصدقائهما وعائلاتهما، وقاموا بتجهيز الأسلحة النارية والبيضاء بقصد الاستعداد للمشاجرة والانتقام من أصحاب الفاترينة.
اصطحب السمساران أنصارهما وتوجها إلى شارع عبد العزيز، لتبدأ بينهم وأصحاب الفاترينة مشاجرة دامية تدخل خلالها أصحاب المحلات والفتارين الأخرى لمناصرة زملائهما، حيث تم خلال المشاجرة تبادل إطلاق النيران بين الطرفين، وانتشر عدد من أنصار السمسارين بالشارع وصعدوا أعلى أسطح العقارات وقاموا بإلقاء الزجاجات الفارغة وزجاجات الملوتوف والحجارة، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق الأعيرة النارية من أفرد الخرطوش بطريقة عشوائية على جميع المتواجدين بالشارع.
رجال الإدارة العامة لمباحث القاهرة أسرعوا إلى الشارع فى محاولة منهم لفض المعركة الدامية، وتم فرض كردونات أمنية على مداخل ومخارج منطقة الموسكى، حيث أطلق عدد من ضباط الشرطة الأعيرة النارية فى الهواء بقصد إرهاب المتشاجرين والسيطرة عليهم، إلا أن المتشاجرين أطلقوا الأعيرة النارية تجاه قوات الأمن محدثين إصابة عدد منهم.
وخلال تلك المعركة أظهر ضباط الشرطة بسالة رائعة فى تأدية واجبهم، وذلك بعدما أصيب 3 ضباط و6 من أفراد الأمن فى المعركة، ومع محاولة رجال الإسعاف لنقلهم المستشفيات للعلاج، إلا أنهم رفضوا تلقى العلاج وظلوا يحاولون مع زملائهم من رجال الشرطة فى السيطرة على المعركة والقبض على طرفى المشاجرة، رغم إصابتهم، كما أن هناك ضباط شرطة من قسم شرطة الموسكى وآخرين تابعين لمديرية أمن القاهرة كانوا يقضون إجازتهم، ورغم أنهم غير متواجدين فى عملهم، إلا أنهم فور علمهم بالمشاجرة أسرعوا بالتوجه إلى عملهم لمساندة زملائهم فى السيطرة على المعركة.
كما علم "اليوم السابع"، من مصدر أمنى رفيع المستوى، أن تلك المعركة الدامية أسفرت عن تحطيم 5 محلات بالشارع، وسيارتين كانتا متوقفتين أثناء المعركة، كما أسفرت عن إصابة 45 شخصاً تم نقلهم إلى أقرب المستشفيات لتلقى الإسعافات، وأكد المصدر أنه لا توجد أى وفيات نتيجة المعركة، حيث إن أكبر إصابة فى المصابين جاءت فى "أحمد رشدي" أحد أصحاب المحلات بشارع عبد العزيز، وهى كسر فى القدم، ولا توجد إصابة أكبر من ذلك.
ومن جانبها، تعمل حاليا رجال مباحث القاهرة على تمشيط منطقة الموسكى بالاستعانة بالقوات المسلحة، حتى يتم التوصل لأطراف المشاجرة وضبط مرتكبيها، وإحالتهم للنيابة لمباشرة التحقيق.

مشكلة غياب الأمن تتمثل فى غياب الشرطة من الشوارع المصرية بالاضافة الى جرأة الشعب المصرى على الشرطة والغضب الذى ما زال كامنا فى صدور المصريين حتى الان تجاة جهاز الشرطة
كل شاب دخل قسم شرطة يوما وتمت اهانتة على يد مخبر جاهل او امين شرطة حقير او ضابط شرطة فاسد هذا الشاب ما زال ينتظر اللحظة التى سياخذ فيها بثأرة ...
ومتى ستكون هذة اللحظة ؟
عند اول احتكاك لة مع اى من افراد الشرطة او حتى اذا وجد شاب اخر يتم القبض علية او الاحتكاك معه سيتدخل ويضرب الشرطى
لذا لا يمكن على مدى السنوات القليلة القادمة ان تعود الشرطة الى الشوارع
الحل فى وجهة نظرى بسيط
ألا وهو انة يجب على الشرطة العسكرية تولى الأمن فى البلاد وان تتواجد بكثافة فى الشوارع ليل نهار

س : كيف تحفظ الشرطة العسكرية الامن فى مصر كلها وعددها قليل جدا على مساحة البلاد وايضا تكلفة تجنيد المزيد من شباب مصر فى الشرطة العسكرية ستكون باهظة ولا تتحملها البلاد فى هذة المرحلة
ج : الحل : نقل جميع عساكر الامن المركزى الى الشرطة العسكرية وهم مجندين ايضا ومدربين على حفظ الامن ومسلحين وأكفاء فى عملهم ولن يكلفوا الدولة او الجيش مليما واحدا بخلاف ما يصرف لهم بالفعل الان فى هذة اللحظات
س : اليس الامن المركزى فرعا للشرطة يحمل لة المواطن المصرى الضغينة كما يحملها ضد ضابط الشرطة
ج : على العكس تماما .. اثناء المظاهرات كان الناس يوصوا بعضهم البعض على عساكر الامن الامركزى الا يضربوهم لانهم كما نقول ( غلابة ) إذن هناك تعاطف مع مجند الأمن المركزى من الشعب المصرى كلة بالإضافة الى ان عساكر الامن المركزى سيتم نقلهم الى الشرطة العسكرية اى سيخلعوا زى الامن المركزى الاسود ويرتدون زى الشرطة العسكرية هذا الزى الذى يعشقة الشعب المصرى حاليا
س : ضابط الشرطة العسكرية ليس مدرب على حفظ الامن فى شوارع واحياء مصر ولا يعرف المسجلين خطر فهذا عمل المباحث
ج : كل قوة من الشرطة العسكرية يرافقها مخبر او امين شرطة او ضابط بصورة غير رسمية ولا يتدخل فى عمليات الاعتقال والقبض على المتهمين انما يكون كمستشار او مرشد وبعد فترة قليلة سيكتسب ضباط الشرطة العسكرية الخبرة اللازمة ويتم الاستغناء عن الشرطى المرافق لهم حينها
